1. Introduction & Acceptance<\/b><\/p>

  • \u00a0<\/span>By accessing or using DCT\u2019s website, courses, AI tools, or related services (together, the \u201cServices\u201d), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use DCT\u2019s Services.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Eligibility & Accounts<\/b><\/p>

    • Users must be at least 16 years old (or meet local legal age).<\/li>
    • Creating an account may be required to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and current information and securely maintain login credentials\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Licensed Use<\/b><\/p>

      • DCT grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely for learning or improving business processes.<\/li>
      • You may not resell, redistribute, or copy any part of the Services without written consent.<\/li><\/ul>

        4. User Content & AI Training<\/b><\/p>

        • Any content submitted via Services (e.g., prompts, assignments) is considered \u201cUser Content.\u201d You retain ownership but grant DCT a worldwide license to use it to operate, maintain, or improve Services, including AI training .<\/li>
        • You warrant that all submitted content is lawful and does not infringe rights.<\/li><\/ul>

          5. Prohibited Uses<\/b><\/p>

          You agree not to:<\/p>

          • Violate laws, infringe rights, or post harmful content.<\/li>
          • Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools.<\/li>
          • Reverse engineer or misuse the Services.<\/li><\/ul>

            6. Fees & Payments<\/b><\/p>

            Course fees are as listed;<\/p>

            • DCT may update pricing with notice.<\/li>
            • Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.<\/li>
            • You\u2019re responsible for timely payments and any applicable taxes.<\/li><\/ul>

              7. Support & Updates<\/b><\/p>

              • DCT may provide support and updates; there is no guarantee that issues will always be resolved<\/li>
              • We may update or modify Services; continued use constitutes acceptance.<\/li><\/ul>

                8. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>

                • All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the Services are owned by DCT or licensed to us.<\/li>
                • You may only use materials as expressly authorized.<\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>

                  Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind\u00a0<\/p>

                  • DCT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.<\/li>
                  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before a claim arose.<\/li><\/ul>

                    10. Indemnification<\/b><\/p>

                    • You agree to indemnify DCT and related parties against any liabilities, damages, or legal costs arising from<\/li><\/ul>

                      11. Third-Party Links & Content<\/b><\/p>

                      • Services may include links or embedded content from third parties. We don\u2019t control or endorse these and are not responsible for them .<\/li><\/ul>

                        12. Termination & Suspension<\/b><\/p>

                        • DCT may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms.<\/li>
                        • Upon termination, your license and access end, but sections like IP, Liability, and Indemnification survive.<\/li><\/ul>

                          13. Privacy Policy<\/b><\/p>

                          • Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy<\/span>, which explains how we collect and process your data.<\/li><\/ul>

                            14. Changes to Terms<\/b><\/p>

                            • We may update these Terms from time to time. We\u2019ll post updates and notify you where required. Continued use of Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms .<\/li><\/ul>

                              15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/p>

                              • These Terms are governed by the laws of India (exact jurisdiction based on DCT\u2019s location).<\/li>
